Dr. Anam Tharoo is an experienced, board-certified family medicine physician and the medical director of MedSuite at Castle Hills in Carrollton, TX. Devoted to empowering women to feel confident, healthy, and beautiful, she set out to establish an integrative medical and medical aesthetic center that also offers advanced laser services, injectables, and nonsurgical body and facial rejuvenation treatments. Dr. Tharoo is exceptionally trained in a broad array of medical procedures and techniques and is thrilled to have created a modern, patient-focused medical aesthetic center where women across North Texas can feel comfortable when meeting their health and cosmetic goals. After achieving her Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Florida, Dr. Tharoo attended Emory University where she completed a Master in Public Health with a focus in healthcare management. To further pursue her passion for enriching the lives of others, she went on to complete her formal medical studies and earn her doctor of medicine (M.D.) degree at Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Tharoo then attended a rigorous three-year family residency program at Baylor Garland where she served as chief resident in her final year.
Since entering the medical field as a highly trained physician, Dr. Tharoo has continued to broaden her skills and expertise through advanced training. She has acquired extensive experience in multidisciplinary settings, performing both leadership and patient-facing duties with exquisite precision and attention to detail. As a multi-faceted physician and hospitalist, Dr. Tharoo has provided care for patients having primary, urgent, and occupational care needs, and has consulted on adult medicine, cardiac, orthopedic, and intensive care units. She is also certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and serves in a wound care center as needed.
Along with improving the health and lives of her patients, Dr. Tharoo maintains an unwavering commitment to advancing her profession. As a distinguished physician within the North Texas medical community, she is highly respected and has proudly served in a leadership capacity for several health organizations over the course of her career. Currently, Dr. Tharoo is the vice chief of staff at Carrollton Regional Medical Center and co-chair for the ethics committee at Baylor Scott and White Carrollton. She is also an active member of the American Board of Family Medicine and the Society of Hospital Medicine.
Kayla Coleman is the lead medical aesthetician at MedSuite and a dedicated advocate for skin health and self-investment. Kayla studied aesthetics at the Salon Professional Academy of Dallas, as she focused on proper skin health and received extensive training in advanced treatments.
After acquiring her aesthetics license, Kayla extended her educational background by attending the Texas Laser Institute in Irving to obtain her professional laser technician license. Her passion for skincare and the importance of skin health emerged from personal experiences with problematic skin, and became devoted to seek out the most effective technologies and treatments available.
Kayla has cultivated a comprehensive approach to addressing the total health and well-being of an individual's skin. Her goal is to provide immediate and long-term corrective solutions targeted for all skin concerns. Specializing in skin resurfacing treatments such as microneedling and Opus Glow, she also has a deep passion for laser treatments, hydrafacials, and chemical peels.
Kayla is a strong advocate for self-investment, recognizing its positive impact on building self-confidence. Kayla prioritizes transparency and provides informative skincare regimens to help clients achieve their goals and meet their expectations. They aim to treat each client with the utmost care and support throughout their skincare journey.
